Thank you for this inspiring video. What I've learned during these hard and lonely times was to find gratitude in the smallest things. And also to pay attention to find something to be grateful for each day in spite of all the bad things that are happening around you. If you search and keep your eyes and mind open, you'll always find something possitive.
So very true! In any situation I try to find a positive to cling onto. Sometimes it’s hard to get your mind away from the negative or the situation itself but there’s always something that you can take away
