Hi; I enjoy your playing very much. I saw you on a High Spirits newsletter. I have been playing NAF for about 5 years and it is a gift to me. I met one of Odell Borg's guys at Quartzsite AZ and bough my first ,of many,flutes. I had been hooked on the sound for some time. This has opened up a wonderful new part of my life in my retirement years. To be able to actually create the beautiful sounds that come out of silence. I got to meet Odell on one occasion and was very impressed by his kind and gentle spirit and have been to his studio in Patagonia. After watching your video on utube, I sense a similar and kindred spirit. I'm happy to have found your music. I wish you much happiness in your upcoming marriage and in all you do. musicmaniac1965 I have to so agree with you. I was not a fan of the flute until subscribed to Bevani Flute. I so love her playing the flute. I just close my eyes and listen

Love this video. It's very encouraging to me as I'm starting out on a musical journey on my own online. Thanks for being honest about the nasty stuff that comes up. I've worked with musicians in the past and it's great to see how as a musician your breaking out into this techy age and play/perform and share your musical talent with the world, and make money at the same time. Your a great example of living in tune!

Hi,my name is Sooyoung and I played flute for 6 years but I stoped almost 4 years ago and it's hard for me to remember how to play how I just to as well as it's hard for me to blow on the flute (the notes come out ugly ) do you guys have any recommendation on what to do,or should I start from begging like the notes and all (cuz I can't read the notes ,I only remember F,G,A,B,C ) please help me I really want to play flute again.

My sax teacher also told me that in order to get a better sound, I need to develop the orbicularis oris muscle. To be honest, I've never thought of the existence of muscles around my mouth. Yes, struggle is real.
By the way, how come you did send us such a strong critical message?

Playing the sax in the lesson room, I was thinking to myself.
"Am I happy or sad?"
"Relax" said the mirror man,
"We are programmed to feel".
I got a feeling I heard the mission bell,
so I felt kinda happy and kinda sad.
The piper led me to reason
and told me that the truth compensates loneliness.
