Hi sir, thanks for your videos really i appreciate unga video paathu en life ah maridichi sir oru nallah company la job kedachi irukku romba nandri sir
Sir, Thankyou for the video ...Could you explain to understand better the difference between the classification type check sheet and frequency type check sheet? in the part 2 video, the 4 lines & 1 line cross marked methods used in the classification type check sheet and the same is used also in the frequency type check sheet? Kindly which basis(Application /Usage) we will chose the exact checksheet? Thanks in advance.
Hi Samynathan, classification type check sheet will be used for counting a particular period of time and frequency type check sheet will be used for one time counting. For counting normally 4 lines and 1 cross line will be used in check sheet. Each line will give one count. Example, I = 1, II = 2, III = 3, IIII = 4 and |||| line with one cross line = 5. It is used for easy final counting purpose only. If we are mentioning IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII like this for 20 count is time consuming for final counting. If we are mentioning four 4 lines with one cross line it is very easy to make total. We have to select and modify the check sheet based on our requirement. Hope you understood now.
Hi Vijaykumar, 1) IATF std tells about problem solving only and suggested to use customer recommended format. This 8D concept / format is initially developed by FORD. 2) 7 QC tools are developed by Kaoru Ishikawa during establishing Quality Management System in his industry at Japan. Later all industries followed the same for improvement
