Inigo's comment on Bretons is a large part of why I usually main them these days lol, I never thought much of them before, just saw them as one of the four human races, didn't even know they were like a human elf mix until he brought it up and smth about that really vibed with me, especially in skyrim, given the huge conflict centering men and elves, having the dragonborn be a mix of both seemed really cool, it's also just nice having him essentially say you're hotter than everyone else every playthrough lmao
I picked argonian because I play survival mode and 50% disease resistance and on-demand rapid health regen is pretty useful. And, let’s be honest, helmets fit best on argonians.

To make the most of him, getting him as a follower early game is great as he's marked essential character, so he can't die.

Like I said before, I love the NPC mods with their attention to the player's race more than the normal game's NPC's. All vanilla has are the guards going "What do you want, lizard?" XD Inigo's the best custom follower, no question. :) Now if the mod author/VA had dialogue for the Moonpath To Elsweyr quest mod, that'd make Inigo even better. :D

I've always considered Inigo to be an amazing companion: upbeat, hilarious and mischevious, but also having a kind of worldy wisdom and an understanding of what it takes to overcome hardships. I think if he were real, he'd be like the older brother I never had. I sincerely hope SBC finally finishes V3 and we get to follow him on the next leg of his journey, and maybe even see him heal from the scars of his past.

It's just like with Argonians whose names aren't traditionally Jel Like Kassandra from the Murkmire DLC in Elder Scrolls Online. She grew up in Cyrodiil so she was given a more Cyrodiilic name instead of something like Jez-Nooz or Breeka-Tei

Well worth it mod if you want a good companion. Honestly he has all the stuff that makes him strategically useful while giving you the option to make it so he's not also getting in the way. Ask about his entire past then complete the quest after the visions start and you get the summon spell so he can help in area that don't normally allow companion to be there

Except in Katia's case she'd have a 'Redguard' accent, and a convincing one at that. It'd probably be lore breaking, but if someone would make a fully voice Katia follower mod that'd be great. Maybe put in some time shenanigans due to being imprisoned on a Daedric plane during the Oblivion crisis.
I roleplay as a Nord raised by a Breton father in High Rock, so she has a lot of mixed thoughts about her Nordic ancestry. Many Nords don't recognize her as one, being very Breton in culture, so she relates to many outsiders and shunned races of Skyrim. When Inigo tells her she is setting a good example, not being as short-sighted as many in her people, I smile man.

Every time I hear Inigo say "racism" "racist" or I find it in this mod I cringe so hard. This word is what, 100 years old? And nobody elese in the game uses it even tho racism is clearly a problem in the setting, which in itself speaks that it does not exists in Skyrim. It throws me right out of the immersion, I wish it could be worded in some way that would fit the setting more. It feels so jarring and out of place.
