We were completely depleted after the Tennessee game a week before, so many injuries, we sucked after that, wasn’t even surprised we lost this game
Nah nah, you only had injuries on defense. Gurley even played a few series, or minus gurley entirely.
Even the announcers said it, with the injuries on defense that offense is getting a bit exposed.
No hate I'm just saying don't try to diminish the win that happened so long ago.
@@omega-manthe8346 nah, Malcolm Mitchell, our best receiver, and Keith Marshall, a great backup to Gurley, were all hurt as well. The offense definitely wasn’t anywhere near its best. Especially with a hobbled Gurley that hardly played.

It's just hard to feel sorry for teams of your caliber and your recruiting levels when they have an injury or even a few to starters since they have 4 and 5 star kids at every position 2 and 3 deep. The year before in 2012, we were leading you at home going into the 4th quarter. And that was with the majority of our O-line out before the season even started and playing with an injured QB and a second string RB after Josey who blew his knee up in 2011 and missed the whole season of 2012.
No one cut us any slack. We just heard the "they don't belong in the SEC" all year. Then in 2013 we bounced back and won the East. For a program as good and storied as yours, it would be great to just have fans say, you all were the better team that* year.

Only one thing needs to happen. They need to let Taggart go. Last year they didn’t HAVE a coach for the last 4 games. They just had OC,DC and assistant coaches and they went 4-0 in those games blowing out everyone in their path. If they did that this year they could definitely get to a bowl game.

From 2006-2014 Missouri won 10+ games 5 times. Never won less than 8 games, except a terribly injury plagued 2012.
@@johnnyt1866 if 2012 had a healthy team plus if Henry Josey had never gotten injured I think they could’ve easily won 10.
