Ps: after some weeks I guess I would not say and feel everything I am in this video. But I want to show you all the emotions in the moment because that is what this vlog is for. So that is what you get!
Seeing Hanna give you a hug after the finish line for the mass start was my favourite moment. She understood how hard it is sometimes and what an achievement 2nd was. Congratulations!

Ingrid, Ingrid, Ingrid,… I’m so glad I’m only seeing this after knowing how the mass start turned out, or my heart would be absolutely shattered. (You did something so kind for Hanna Öberg when she was heartbroken at the WCH three years ago, and I will always feel in debt to you for it.) I know 100% that you’re strong enough to get through the hard times, like you proved the very next week!, but I hate that you had to suffer so much.

Hi! Normally I don't write any comments but I really had to do it this time.
I am really impressed by your speech about the press. Personally I also think that the press should also point out some good aspects... I can imagine the athlete is already thinking about the mistakes a lot... There is always something possitive about anything. I know it's the job of the press to ask about the backgound of different things but why do they have to focous on the negative side?
I also want to point out that I am verry impressed by your last lap of the masstart! I love X-country skiing myself and it's always nice to see you race on television.

I believe in you!! and you are so brave for sharing your true feelings. yes you had a couple of tough days, but you had other amazing days that prove you are among the handful of best female biathletes in the world. You have to remember: journalists have no choice but to try and distinguish themselves by getting a good, or bad reaction from you. nothing frustrates a journalist more than a neutral response....so they will get worse and worse trying to get that reaction from you...thats how they sell their news. its *nothing* about you...even in the best of times, they are simply doing a job....so think of it like a game with them, not personal, and you can win their game too!

Mabe try to use the hate from other's to motivate you, I use that method and I say to myself that they hate me now but when I show what I can really to they will be speachless. "Let your achievements tell for you"
Me as a swede, gives u all the love I can. U are amazing never forget that. Competition is like Norway it has its ups and downs, hills and lakes, but in the end its beautiful and powerfull just like u.

He Ingrid, laat al die journalisten toch het heen en weer krijgen…je weet dat ze uit zijn op sensatie…..en dat het erbij hoort….hou je lekker bezig met jezelf en je directe omgeving…daar haal je kracht en energie uit….kop op sweety…ook al vallen de uitslagen soms tegen….je bent een kei in biathlon…je kan trots zijn op je prestaties….je bent een powerhouse….nu moet je dat ook nog zelf gaan geloven…topper dat je bent…groetjes van mij uit nederland

You have to breath right way before entering the shooting range then you hit 20/20. Take inhale and hold breah then shoot all the five with one breath. I don't know nothing but if I was biathlonist I would do that way. Good luck.

Norwegian and Swedish are similar?? Just I see they understand each other
Yes, they are quite similar.
There are differences of course, and if I as a swede happen to listen to some dialect of Norwegian I’m not used to I might not understand, but for example Ingrid, and this Vlog, is usually no problem to understand.
Some Norwegian dialects might be harder to understand for other Norwegians than it is to understand most Swedish dialects.
yeah the interviewers are the worst. It's hard to watch when they tear into the athletes as if they didn't try to do their best, can't imagine who it feels.
Ingrid - please remember that you are better at biathlon than any of the journalists are at anything. That should give their comments some perspective.
I miss the Russians a lot ngl.
