Trent, Curtis, Quansah, Bo Kearns, Parry and Silcock all coming through the ranks at Liverpool and all shining over the last several years. Would love to see more players that have come through our entire academy system, break into both first teams. Isaac Mabaya and Zara Shaw (once she returns from an ACL) certainly would be the candidates next season.

I can't remember seeing a more dead side than West Ham today. Usually just by the fact that it's Liverpool you're going to get an insane effort outta teams, these guys just didn't have anything, other than Bowen who looked dangerous a couple of times.

When is Jurgen gonna sit Nunez down and teach him the offside rule because he’s caught offside far too many times. It seems he needs to be a little bit more patient in timing his runs. That way he’ll start scoring more because he seems to be a little impatient at times as though he’s in a rush.
Not just down to him lad, it’s down to the timing of the pass as well. A couple of times tonight Harvey slipped him through a few seconds to late . ✌️
Darwin played very well.. a bit unlucky
The first 2 didn't look offside on replay. The 3rd time Diaz was just holding on to the ball for way too long.
The ball needs to be released quicker and much earlier in the build up. Even in this game Jones released the ball after he reached the penalty box but by then the angle is too tight to for Nunez to do something. Release it a bit earlier and he has a lot more to work with.
@@joeyrose2481Diaz as well late on the left was a bit slow to release. That said he never bends the run and looks at the pass, just head down and go and if ball isn’t perfect he’s off - it’s double sided
Darwin needs to trust his pace....give the defender half a yard it's fine .

We’ve been talking about the atmosphere for a while, however, I think this is to create a great one for Arsenal visit, another very good game by Endo. Curtis and Harvey are borderline starters now 👌🏻. Personally rather of had chelsea in semis, but onwards. Great performance!!! Btw Bowen for Salah replacement anyone?

Does Darwin genuinely even look the business in warmups? Cause often times the local I’ll judge them on that and give a break if it won’t come off in the games. But I rarely even see Darwin warmup highlights anymore

I do think, assuming we can get past Fulham, that we now have 3 tough games ahead in what, let's be honest, is a pointless competition.
I would rather we used resources to address the obvious problem in defence and obvious gap at the No 6 position and concentrated on the Premier League and NOT drawing with teams like Luton, Brighton, Man United.
What is this annual obsession with this trophy? Ultimately, it is a waste of time and resources and a potential injury pit.
