    Hey Jerome, great video..I am curious to know why mortgage is not included in expenses and how would you calculate mortgage payment in your scenario. Thx

      Too many variables with the mortgage payments lending is too vastly spread on expense and cost so debt service has to be underwritten independent of other expenses based on the realized mortgage and payments based on interest and fees that are being assessed
