Kind of crazy how far this game has come since I played it as a kid. I didn't even know it had still been receiving consistent updates till last year. I thought it was abandoned way back during the pirate 101 era
I don't think it will ever get abondoned because kingsisle wants all the money they can get - Wizard101 is their highest earning game. Until the playerbase loses their addiction to the game, the game will continue to exist. There are still many people playing and content creators like BlazeLifeHammer are consistently bringing 20-30k eyeballs (viewers) onto the game :)
As a returning player, all the new effects these cards do is so overwhelming and confusing. This guide at least tells me what cards i can do combos with during this fight. Thx for making the fight easier.
Thank you for uploading this, seriously. It's super annoying when people in team up get so mad and annoyed at the battle now that they can't glitch it. It doesn't even take long if you do it legit. It can literally take like 15 minutes or less if you and your team know what you're doing. This is a system you'd need to learn regardless, so I don't see the point of everyone's complaints. What about awful drop rates though? That, I agree. That's really my only issue. Now, if we're gonna do it the legit way, they'd best at least increase drops or something, I'm tired of getting the same thing(s) each run lol, love you tnt!
They also just need to make the animations quicker. That’s 99% of the fight. It could be done within 4-5 minutes if skipping animation was a thing. Ferric was malding about this in his livestream. Basically the same problem as the hall of heroes fight 🙄 The fight will actually be a tad faster once the penguin uses the updated reindeer knight. No more hitting through -60% shields 🥵
wow the time and research u did for this video is crazy, very well done. now when i start playing again i can spend half an hour doing this battle just to get a different school variant drop 🙏
Basically 😂 But I’ve honestly been doing the fight for fun even though I’ve got all the gear. People say i’m crazy for enjoying this fight. The only annoying thing is that 99% is waiting out animations. Pop a movie while you farm it.
Well done! Mostly this is perfect, although one bit of info that was incorrect is the 3/4-pip cards need ALL 3 hanging effects listed to get the extra damage, not just 2

4:13 Just learnt that the info about how to set up the 3 school pip gambit was wrong - *you need ALL 3 of the stuff it says on the card…* meaning you're always going to need to use a 2pip roshambo card like an oni forge to set up a 3 school pip gambit. *Check the doc guide in the description for the updated flowchart.* If you dont care about extremely fast runs, just use the easy 2 school pip gambits like I showed in the Example Fight at 7:03

yes. You will all target the same boss that your polymorph counters on the roshombo wheel explained in the video

yeah you just gotta tell by the cards you get. If you see fire cards you remember that fire melts ice = hit penguin
