Hello, Ivan! Since I was a white belt I've been encouraged by my master to pay attention and try to incorporate moves from other grappling styles on my own game. Right now I'm a purple belt and since I found your channel I feel like my BJJ skills improved alot. I find your multidisciplinary vision very enriching and the way you explaing moves are easy and straightforward. Keep up the good work. Oss!
Got my 8 year old son with this earlier after he tried to take control of the TV 📺 remote He tried to get mount on me whilst I was on the couch but luckily I had watched this and stopped him in his tracks 😁😁Thanks guys.
Once I felt the arm bar was done by my 6 years old son (back then he was BJJ while belt). Now before 7 got a gray white belt and started to do RNC when he got upset. It was a chance to explain - don't do submissions when you are angry as some things are not repearable.
@@davidtice4972 Sounds like you are talking about the Tim Sylvia fight. Herb didn't referee Mir - Williams, and there was no bone breakage. Mir did break Tim Sylvia's arm below the elbow, and I believe Herd did work at that fight.
@@IvanVasylchuk_silapartera Your video presents and explains multiple variations of the technique. I never saw all the other ways to achieve the lock before, thank you for the excellent presentation, details and variety. Your videos are very good and useful.
Starting my journey in Sambo after practicing boxing and judo. This really helps for research and what all to expect/practice in the studio. Thank you.
The straight arm lock works, you just have to be able to apply enough torque. When applied with a twist in your own arm as you straighten your arm the torque is transferred into your opponents arm. I like this lock you are showing though, will be trying it out
What exactly means Sila Partera? in spanish "partera" means "midwife" lol Very good video btw, I'm subscribing to your channel. Keep more videos coming :)
Sila = "Force (of)" Partera = Parter = From French (par terre) = "On the ground." In wrestling, when at least one of the wrestlers is on the ground (or knees). Basically the force that you use when wrestling on the ground. Hopefully it helps.
I like this, wanna see more techniques on wrecking those Guards
well, will be)))
God bless whoever translated this to English
Thank you, I will pass Vlad Kulikov

My friend UFC ref Herb Dean stopped that fight when he saw the bones break.

Crni Mihailo I remember seeing that submission a few years back and the next time I got to roll in jiujitsu class I tapped a guy with it!

Ок, Thank you
Thank you for this video! I’ll try it
seen Fank Mir use this move on Pete Williams, Mir called it a shoulder lock
Seems to have similar principles as a straight ankle lock, almost. That makes it easier to remember.
Lol cool ways to get caught in inverted armbars. 👍
You mean the Mir Lock?
Interesting!!!! Great vid
I've been using this for a few years. Never knew it had a name. I like the grab the opponent's far arm with my other hand and figure four my own arms.
Beautiful techniques!!
Súper compa
