That PVE mission gave me huge Destiny strike mission vibes which I would say was one of the best things about og destiny back in the day. If those missions have a lot of variety they will be so much fun and worth replaying for hopefully cool LOOT

Don’t know anything about Warhammer but I’ve been following this game it looks so badass. I mean this in the absolute best possible way. This looks like a throwback to the 2007-2012 era of games. IE: badass, fun, gory, if it offends someone it doesn’t care, not a time sink, etc. looks like a breath of fresh air.
I really hope this has 60 FPS on PS5. After the Dev team of Helldivers 2 hates their community and is ruining the fun over and over again, I can't wait to play this. I have zero to none knowledge of Warhammer or Warhammer 40k but those are some cool universes. Maybe I pick up Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader after this game to relax a bit :D
Space wolves are there with all the others I believe, you can change individual pieces to make a rainbow marine if you really wanted lol. The customization looks like it doesn’t have many restrictions.

@@RottieGuy1980 not just the same engine. It is more or less the same game with wh40k paint. So, to have an idea of the classes, the horde mechanics, weapon progression, etc etc. It is playing WWZ that I was able to decide to be a sniper, as the most significantly useless until it’s not class is the one that can take down the special monsters quickly. But please, don’t take this as me writing off SM1….I loved that game. WWZ just works better as a metric of whether you should pre order, whether you’ll enjoy it, understanding the cosmetics shop, understanding the road map and potential content updates, etc.
I reserved the physical gold edition 2 months ago to support the game and I just read that I will never have the Ultramarines Champions Pack as it is exclusive to the digital edition, it is not sold separately. I feel bad, they should give the option to people who have reserved the gold edition to be able to pay the 10€ to have it.
Wondering if this would benefit from a perk system to make the marines feel more like they're from their chapter. Or if there's enough basic customization in weapon load outs for this.
To be fair it’s competition isn’t too fierce the only games that I remember coming out this year are this, Wukong (which is its only real competition), Helldivers (which I still love but is probably too unpopular now for GOTY), and Indiana jones (which looks great but doesn’t really stack up against the others.
Now... Was this actually played on a PS5 or is this PC gameplay using a PS5 controller? Because that heavily dictates whether I'm excited for this game or not. Edit: Also, will there be executions in multiplayer like GoW? Because that'd be amazing

I do hope there’s missions where you’re working with Guardsmen to defend a stronghold or save civilians. Makes you feel like what Halo did with the Master Chief. Yes, you’re a badass, but, you’re fighting alongside fighting to defend the people who need badasses.
