Hello! In Spain the washer/dryer is usually installed underneath the water heater. And if you choose a property that is under construction, it is possible to modify the inner layout of the property and make a laundry room.

Builders had 0 logic, no privacy, floor to ceiling glass and sunshine is nice, not so nice when there's main road in front and neighbours across. You can't be yourself, enjoy making breakfast out of bed, lounging. Having to constantly close blinds for this, its not sane. And privacy film is see through at evenings, with tv lit up, lol. Just saying, a little bit privacy through common sense design would make properties much more sought out.
