    WHY ITALIAN IN 30 DAYS?
"So much content online to learn Italian, where should I start, which order should I follow, it's so confusing, etc. etc.?!". Rest assured you're not alone, that's what happens to most online students. We totally understand the frustration, there are so many Italian Language channels and so many videos to LEARN ITALIAN but everything seems to be just so scattered and random.
That's why we created LEARN ITALIAN IN 30 DAYS, our custom made playlist that will guide you step by step, 1 video at the time, always with FUN and IRONY, without having to think "what should I watch/learn next"?!?!
    WHY THE WORKBOOK?
The WORKBOOK is an extra tool that was made to enhance even further the potential of this course so that you learn better and faster! You'll be amazed by how EASY the learning process is going to be!
    WHY SHOULD YOU LEARN ITALIAN?
Many people rate Italian as the most beautiful and sexy spoken language in the world, why do you think Mozart composed most of his operas in Italian?
If you like arts, music, design, architecture, opera, food, etc. this is the reference language.
Traveling in Italy is intensely pleasurable: UNESCO rated Italy as having more sites of historical importance than any other country and, with almost 60% of the world's arts treasures. Italy is the tourist paradise! Speaking Italian allows you to meet the people and get to know this wonderfully rich culture.
Learn Italian with us, have fun and please, leave a comment, a like or just share. Grazie 🙏

Hi Luca and Marina, I would like to say first of all that your English is brilliant. Would I be correct in thinking that you both at one time lived in England and that is why your English is so good? Do you think people can master a new language even if they don't live in the country of the language they are learning? How did you become so fluent?

    • @DolceVitaChannel
      @DolceVitaChannel  3 роки тому +6

Ciao Emma, thank you for your kind words😀You are correct about me, I did live in England for over a year and then spent 3 years in New York. Marina, however, never lived in English speaking countries and yet she's fluent, so it is absolutely possibile to speak fluently even from abroad, it just depends on so many factors, the most important one being practice😉I hope you'll get to the level of fluency you'd like to achieve and I wish you a happy new year! Buon anno nuovo! 🍾😀🍾😀🍾😀

Grazie Mille a Luca e Marina. Im so excited to be going to italy in march of this year to see the big 3 (Venice Florence and of course Rome) but also a few other day trips to other cities like Sienna, San Gimignano, and Pienza. Also going to figure out how to take the train from ROme to Pompeii. I have been using Rosetta Stone on and off for a few years. And recently discovered your page a few months ago and have been practicing more to get ready to speak with the locals. Thank you so much for the videos. Il have to come back and tell you how I did. Also do you know of anyone who gives tours in any of these cities? Would love info from a local! :)

Buongiorno ! You guys are awesome!!! I envy your students in Italy cuz they get to learn a lot from you effortlessly . I have two questions please if you could reply : Why did you use two different articles when you said ci sono le chiavi qui e ci sono gli occhiali qui ? and is there a difference between tu and voi i mean like in french tu is informal and vous is formal and for the plural ? I'm asking cuz you've mentioned previously that you speak french and many other languages which is admirable by the way. And one more thing please what phrase did you use at the end of the video cus normally you say a domani , ci vediamo presto .... but here i couldn't quite catch it. thank you

    • @DolceVitaChannel
      @DolceVitaChannel  6 років тому

      Ciao Rita, grazie mille!
1)"Le" chiavi because the word "chiave-i" is feminine, "gli" occhiali" because the word is masculine.
      2) It's just like French in southern Italy, in central and northern Italy the formal one is the third person "lei" whereas "voi" is only for plural.
      3) I say ARRIVEDERCI, the formal "goodbye"
Hope I helped. Please help us share these videos. I wish you a wonderful day! Luca

In lezione quindieci, we learnt about an important verb to be
    Essere to be
    Io sono I am
    Tu sei you are
    Lui /lei è he /she is
    Noi siamo, we are
    Voi siete you are
    Loro sono they are
Now we can practice it with expression like
    Essere libero To be free
    Essere Pronto to be ready
    Essere sicuro to be sure
    Essere occupato to be busy
Here, I will use the expression to be ready for both male and female versions. Now, let's conjugate
    Io sono Pronto/a
    I am ready
    Tu sei pronto/a
    You are ready
    Lui è Pronto
    He is ready
    Lei è Pronta
    She is ready
    Noi siamo Pronti
    We are ready, male
    Noi siamo Pronte
    We are ready female
    They are ready
    Loro sono Pronti
Next, we have. There is CÈ
    There is traffic
    Cè traffico
There is a lot of light
    Cè buono luce
    There's a party
    Cè una festa
    There are ci sono
There are a lot of things
    Ci sono tante cose
    There are sales
    Ci sono I saldi
    There are good offers
    Ci sono buono offere
    Grazie ciao

Ciao, you'll learn the articles later in the program, however "un" if followed by singular masculine, "una" if followed by singular feminine

Oh, I see. Well, we say "c'è traffico" in this case but it really depends on the words so little by little you'll learn them by heart. However most of the times "c'è" is followed by the article.@@jailanashraf6872

If there is a male and female both in a same group....In that case what would be the appropriate gender for " Noi Siamo...."???

    • @DolceVitaChannel
      @DolceVitaChannel  6 років тому +3

Good question, in that case we use the masculine so it would be "noi siamo belli, bravi, alti, bassi, etc..."
