Figure Eights Drill

This particular drill has always been a fun drill to perform. It allows the shooter to push their limits on speed while also testing accuracy on different targeting areas. The goal of the drill is to lead with your eyes as your body mechanics enables you to move the pistol to the next target. This should be done smoothly but with a sense of urgency. Also, examine your ability to speed up on larger regions of the target (body) while slowing it down a tad as you take aim on a smaller area like the head.
Try this drill with either a concealed or outside the waistband (OWB) holster. You can also add additional rounds or change the sequence or rotation of targeting.
