Special thanks again to Devin for helping me with the puzzle pieces! / t3h_r34l_d3vin
Husband came back after they participated in the ritual. He’s totally dead and came back from the dead.
Now we know that it was 3 years ago that David decided to become a priest. How ironic that it was 3 years ago the symbol started appearing in his father's art work. The 60 knew that David was a threat to their forces of darkness as soon as he devoted his life to Christ. David must be pretty badass. Also, is Kristen David's Bathsheba? Leon is a symbolic slave of the demon associated with the sigil who paints through him.
Working on it. It's coming.
Kristen's mom is really messed up for sleeping with that guy knowing how creepy he is. Anything bad comes for her, is on her. Won't even feel bad for her. Also I really hope Kristen doesn't cheat. If she's really that attracted to the priest, she should divorce her husband first. Her husband seems like a nice guy. Would suck, if she cheats.
I'm figuring that Leland is using that insecure guy who was newly recruited by the incel arny in episode 7 to carry out the ritual called "The slaughter of innocents"
I watched most of the show in real time and now that we've gotten to the season 3 finale, I'm realizing 80% of the story has been going over my head. I'm bingeing the show from the beginning along with your recaps, and your recaps are helping me notice so much I totally missed the first time around. It's also crazy how much of the season 3 stories' groundwork was laid in early season 1. Every time I see a story element pop up for the first time, my mind is blown all over again!
Thanks so much..☺️ I've had to go back to my own recaps for references at times.
Oh wow... I didn't even notice the puzzle pieces.
I missed all of them the first time around. I saw two when I was going through each scene but there were two others I would have missed if someone hadn't pointed them out to me. I'm learning there are some in previous episodes.
@@SuperImprovGal guessing they form a picture that would be a spoiler for something. Lol
Where is the review for Episode 9? We need to discuss that Cat!! It's not a normal feline. I think it's preternatural.
Grandma got some damn nerve getting her rocks off with Leland after learning the 411 from Kristen about him. And am I wrong for wanting David & Kristen to hook up despite her being married? They seem like they're so compatible.
I think he has her under his influence. Either that or she's really that self centered.
SuperImprovGal That's a possibility. But the wayward father shouldn't keep granny's sordid little secret from Kristen. Any one of the girls coming home from school could've abruptly walked in on her getting plugged the same way that he did. If granny insists on seeing our resident demon then she should go to a motel and get shagged, not use the house knowing that her daughter would disapprove.
@@wilykat Yeah they didn't explain why they were in Kristens office and not at her mom's place...that seemed weird to me. Leland might have secretly wanted to get caught by Kristen maybe?
SuperImprovGal That sounds right. Leland would want to cause dissension between mother and daughter which would allow him to gain an even greater foothold over the mother and even possibly use her against Kristen in the future.
On another note,I wonder if hubby was watching the interaction between David & Kristen from the window when they pulled up in the uber outside before he made his presence known.
She's not his baby mama. She's his wife.
True. Well one of them.
I thought I was losing it when I saw the puzzle pieces randomly popping up I think it’s dope.
This episode was my favorite from the season. It had great character development, expanded the world of Evil, and moved the overarching plot. When I first saw this episode I thought that everyone who drank the psilocybin laced sangria was going to be infested which the characters have referred to several times. One thing I didn’t like about the episode was Leland and the grandma’s little tryst in the back office. It seems silly and contrived for Leland to risk exposing himself to Kristen while manipulating her mother. That was sadly lazy writing.
If I have a wife and this comes out of her, it’s going into the river
Finally realized, Cafe Placenta
What was song when David and Kristen was dancing?
Does anyone know the song playing during the Root Ceremony??
Pleasee....
is this one ua-cam.com/video/J3w85C1f81Q/v-deo.html
This episode’s sigil is very similar to Murmur’s. A demon of philosophy and can conjure the dead to speak with the living.
She gave birth to a Ghoul which is a demon like creature
Idk if that really happened or if Kristen was having a hallucination.
I was so confused when the demon baby never got mentioned again, so after they talked then he didn’t stop using it I was like........ so you’re gonna stop using this racist ass logo when you realize your having a demon baby right?
Demon baby was part of Kristens hallucination I think. She drank the laced punch. There's definitely a conflict over using the symbol.
So in a later episode when David is in the hospital hallucinating/dreaming, he gets told by a dream version of the prophet Grace that “whats true isnt always real and whats real isnt always true.” With the context of the girlfriends bringing in demonic imagery in the pottery and painting as well as the fertility clinic being demonic/connected to demonic activity, I wonder if Ester’s baby was conceived through the fertility clinic. If so, then Kristen was perceiving the truth but not reality- the baby is born of some kind of demonic influence. (I only finished the first season so I’m not sure what more has come out of the newer episodes.)
Edit: I forgot about the reclamation of the symbol from the slave master rather than it being something Ester brought in. But I do hold to the rest.
How about someone tells me what song starts playing on minute 17 of this episode...
