If this woman had done all this to my family, I would also persecute her and do everything possible to keep her away from my family as much as possible. I mean, not only did she kidnap Liam and risk his life, she ruined Steffy's and Liam's future, she threatened Liam and she pushed Ivy in the Seine . And that she hasn't improved is shown a little later by Katie. She's a psychopath. Although her character changes later, she definitely didn't deserve any sympathy or even respect at this point. Yes, they SHOULD have accepted Eric's decision, but they don't have to approve of it and welcome Quinn into their family.
