C.S. Lewis once said, “forgiveness is a lovely idea until you have to forgive someone.” When we choose to forgive we are not changing the past, we are changing the future. Any hurt that is left undealt with will morph into bitterness.
Keep fervent in your love for God and for others so it will be easier to either cover an offense or confront the person with a heart for resolve. It’s always more rewarding to resolve a relationship then to dissolve one.
This church and it's pastors have blessed my life so much I have no words to truly explain other than... thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What a gift from the Lord. To find Pastor Tim. Because I am so often in bed recovering from my second, Brain 🧠 🙏🏻Aneurysms,Craniotomy,Clipping Surgery. I also have chronic lymphocytic leukemia, seven years ago I had a cardiac arrest at home and my husband save my life, and the Lord brought me back three times. So I truly am a miracle. But so many times I miss going to church.So has blessed me to listen to God‘s word. I pray that your church is blessed.
May God bring a song of healing to ur life.Amen

I'm not sure what David Jeremiah's book describes but I read the Hiding Place recently. In the Hiding Place you see that Corrie was a follower of Christ long, long before WWII.
Praise the Lord for such a great word/ explaining how to forgive...this is a very needed word and will be added to my life as Chrust rules and reigns in me🙌❤
