Annika you're right. I feel like I'm going through the worst stage. I feel so alone. I've watched this and i cried when she asked her question...i felt what she was saying about anxiety and i have depression too. What they said helps in a way until i realized a lot of the times i look around and I'm alone but i have started telling myself to always keep fighting and i listen to drowning to pullmyself up again for the 10th time today. AKF...I'm trying. But i love this show and all it's cast. They are amazing.

I've been suffering from depression and anxiety for fourteen years. I don't have any friends nearby, and only my mother to support me. I'm on daily medication and don't get out much as a result. It was beautiful to see how the guys support each other and their fans. I can't imagine having that much support. Sometimes the fear and sadness becomes overwhelming and my mother has to take "custody" of my pills "just in case." I'd like to think that I'd never do anything so drastic or selfish, but sometimes rational thought just disappears for a while. So I can understand how Jared feels. He's amazing to have come as far as he has. And it's so brave and heartwarming of him to share his battle and his trials with his SPN family. Thank you, Jensen and Jared, for helping to create such a wonderful program and SPN family. You guys rock out loud!
R G Always keep fighting! Depression is been a huge battle for me for the past few years and even though I have an amazing support system and I’m on daily medication as well, it really has affected me a lot. Talking about it helps so much because when you have people that understand why you’re not acting like yourself it’s a lot easier to deal with. I can’t promise you that everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows, but I will say to keep fighting. You can do this! For Tess to be so open about her struggles, while Jensen and Jared talk about how they deal with their anxiety, that takes a lot of bravery, honesty and self-awareness. jensen really is the big brother. the ending of this show and their no longer working together and seeing each other on that daily basis after so long has got to feel like a divorce in many ways. no wonder there is so much emotion/depression surrounding this.
@@tina.da.burrito I think so too. It's just not televised. And, I feel like a true divorce is when both parties say they no longer are able to sustain a relationship. In this case, they are very much wanting to sustain theirs. We only see a small portion of their lives, they see all of it. Just like how their relationship with their wives is different, and loving, their relationship with each other is unique, and a different kind of love, which is as it should be. Plus, like Dean said to Bobby about him and Sam: "Married couples can get divorced; me and him, we're like Siamese twins."
This is hitting harder in 2024 for some reason. Something about the loss of Supernatural and mental health struggles is touching a nerve and has me crying right now. We have all been put through a lot, especially the last 6 years ago. I know we all feel it. So, sending hugs out to everyone.

I love this one because I struggle with anxiety and depression and it's gotten really bad sometimes but to see Jared and Jensen up here talking about this and the Always Keep Fighting campaign is just amazing it actually gets me kinda emotional just seeing this and the #AKF campaign it's just amazing I love them.
True friendship, and I mean true friendship is hard to find. These two have spent the last 15 years living, working, laughing, crying, getting married, birth of babies, etc...they are more brothers than even this awesome show depicts. I've struggled with anxiety since I was 11 and now discovered I might have depression. Jensen, Jared, and all the actors of Supernatural, Arrow, and The Flash have helped me find a safe space for my mind that I can go to. I know they won't see this but I just wanted to say thank you. My thoughts can be a dangerous and messed up place and they helped me sort out a spot for my happy thoughts
Love the way Jared's consoling Tess right from the start. Jensen holds back but at 2:30 observing her being overwhelmed jumps in to lighten the moment, so sweet 😘. " Keep kicking ass" that's healing right there - wish Kim Manners were here too🌻. Great Dads❤️. Tess is so brave, she's not alone, we're all just trying to figure out this enigma called Life😕. Go AKF👊. SPN is more than just a TV show. . Saving people Saving Lives . .their life purpose is so much bigger. There's no way their intimate scenes are scripted . . can't fake chemistry like theirs. I have been watching your videos for some time now and I wanted to personally thank you for doing them...for all if us. Your editing is amazing showing Jensen and Jared IRL at their conventions but the way you show Sam and Dean throughout these videos are amazing and you def. do them justice.
We all need to put every season of Supernatural in a time capsule for the future world to rediscover one day. The Winchester's have given their fans so much motivation to always keep fighting forward in this world. Without Jared and Jensen their would never be a Sam and Dean. Will greatly miss these Winchester men.

I love this one because I struggle with anxiety and depression and it's gotten really bad sometimes but to see Jared and Jensen up here talking about this and the Always Keep Fighting campaign is just amazing it actually gets me kinda emotional just seeing this and the #AKF campaign it's just amazing I love them.
True friendship, and I mean true friendship is hard to find. These two have spent the last 15 years living, working, laughing, crying, getting married, birth of babies, etc...they are more brothers than even this awesome show depicts. I've struggled with anxiety since I was 11 and now discovered I might have depression. Jensen, Jared, and all the actors of Supernatural, Arrow, and The Flash have helped me find a safe space for my mind that I can go to.
I know they won't see this but I just wanted to say thank you. My thoughts can be a dangerous and messed up place and they helped me sort out a spot for my happy thoughts

Their friendship literally reminds me of me and my best friend of 9 years i literally live for their friendship it inspires me so much and Coming from a person who has depression i know how it feels to need that one person you know you can automatically talk to its a amazing Bond and hopefully i Hope it goes on forever with them just like hopefully it does for me and my best friend
