Oxy-Dry removing wicking in basement carpet with ULM/SETT

This 20 year old carpet has some significant wicking issues as the customer had been using rental machines for the last 7 years. The wicking and stains came out with little effort with the RotoSETT Rotary and the ULM/SETT method.
