I need your advice recently I joined a company and the company did not mention health insurance in an offer letter and now the company deduct health insurance from my in hand salary and they said the health insurance is not part of CTC that's why we deduct your offer letter Inhand salary.
What to do I don't know i wait for your advice

After reading the issue raised by by you in this comment I find that company concealed the fact of health insurance that is why company is not entitled to deduct the amount from the salary mentioned in offer letter
You can issue the legal notice to the company in this regard
