He was one of my fav actors in soap...His character was intense to watch...You really believed the longing Dennis had for Sharon even before they slept together...You also were mesmerized by his hair trigger temper..The ability to snap just like that..But most tragic was his lost lil boy, and how he conveyed a desperation for even a crumb of affection from Den...His character was one of the most complex characters on EE...A bad boy on the surface, but a sweetheart at his core
I have this episode and it is heartbreaking. Sharon just does not want to believe Den could do this to her and Dennis wants so much to protect her feelings. This episode from September 2003. Dennis and Sharron were always a joy to watch, great actors and looked brill together. I think Jack and Ronnie are supposed to be the new 'version' of these two, in that they're both very confused, but Sharron + Dennis worked better.
