As a white male born in SA, who at the time never ever gave a fuck about the politics of the day, I admit apartheid was wrong. The West Indies Rebel Cricket team was the best team I ever saw in even today's cricket scene. The W/I Rebel Cricket side was the reason for my passion for cricket. Something that will forever stick in my mind was when the NZ Maori rugby side wanted to tour SA and pLay against various provincial sides and tests vs the Boks. The Maori side never left NZ. Why? The South African Rugby President, a Coloured gentleman by the name of Oregan Hoskins, refused this planned tour because as he rightly stated the NZ Maori side was picked on the basis of race. Well done Mr Oregan. During the mid-2002-2016, there was racial discrimination in SA sport due to the black government applying the Quota system which by the way destroyed many black talented players. From 2018 to 2020 things are great as now SA is showing the world how good they are in various sports. RWC 2019 best ever won by an International Team called the Springboks won the title but not only the title also broke all records re RWC finals. Needless to mention these. On a different note, the international community did what they had to do to stop apartheid and yes rightly so, was evil but tell me what the fuck about the Israelis killing innocent little kids on the streets of Palestine? Why doesn't the BBC do a documentary about Palestine and the oppression they experience which makes SA's apartheid look like chicken shit.
I think your last point was spot on. Some people appear to be in untouchable! They live their lives to different set of expectations and standards compared to us mortals!!! Nice work if you can get it!

In 2020 it is time again to boycott South Africa when land apropriation WITHOUT compensation is in full effect just like in 1983. This includes the deportation of Oscar Pistolwhip the athlete criminal who beat and killed his girlfriend with a gun.
@@janoos24 We will not going to have land appropriation in SA. No matter what happened in the past, we better swallow and charge ahead. The experiences in Zimbabwe speak volume. Now they are starting to reintroduce the skilled farmers back in agriculture. Actually, any forced purchase has to come with compensation. But I will say, it should never happen. Farming happens in large scale today. Dividing lands into small lots so every one can grab a lot doesn't work. Let the skilled farmers farm the land and produce the food. I don't care about their color.
