This design was made for me, Youva team were patient enough for all the changes proposed. Although this was not the final plan that was given. Thanks Youva and team for your efforts. But I have to mention that this project is not 100% as per vastu there were a few recommendations which came from our vastu consultant based on which I decided to redo the entire plan.

Why 40% plot is left and on 60% construction is done ? Is 1st floor is duplex and ground is rented ?

I admire the arrangement made according to Vastu. I am sure the inmates will have all the peace and prosperity. Consider shifting the Pooja room from the exact NE corner towards either East or North. When so much of all round open space is already provided , why again shaft spaces for ventilation !
