SmartDrive Power Assist Rollers

The rollers on your SmartDrive are like the tyres on your wheelchair.
The older SmartDrive (pre 2021) contains 16 rubber rollers, whilst the newer SmartDrive rollers (post 2021) has 18 rollers.
Changing the rollers will make your unit run smoother and quieter, great for both indoor and outdoor environments.
It's recommended that your rollers are changed whenever you see flat spots on the rubber which for most chair users is ever 12 months.

So i have the older roller system and recently order replacement rollers, they sent me the new 994 roller kit system. Instructions are vague on how to take the old roller system out and replace it with the new roller kit. How do i pull out the old system from the flange after i pull out all the screws. It would have been so much easier if they just sent me replacement rollers and 4 plastic pieces like i was expecting to get.
