I take oatmeal in the morning (with fruits and nuts included), then my lunch is 2 popiah… afterwards my dinner is mixed rice with 2 veg and 1 meat. Throughout the day I drink water or freshly squeezed lemon juice with water. I also do 30mins of exercise a day.

Hmm based on sleep chronotype, a healthy sleeo schedule need not be 12am to 7am. Everyone has a diff genetic disposition. However how society works is 9 to 5 so it disadvantages those who are more productive at night

açai is a fruit made into a mashed version thing .. and it is healthy.. it is also paired along with fruits and all granola oats which r healthy fibres so.. it is healthy
@@sunoosmintchoco3547 it is the acai bowl that's sold that isn't healthy because of the high sugar content contained just in one bowl. Acai is healthy, not the acai bowl sold in local stores. High amounts of fructose and sucrose is not healthy for the liver and causes problems to people with IBS and other gut health problems and food intolerances.
