The opponent could've lived if they had exiled Predator first during their previous turn, thus removing the +1/+1 counters and reducing the attack to 4 (after adding a fresh counter). Not sure if it had kept them alive, but it was certainly an oversight.

Match 1: If opponent had exiled Skarrgan Hellkite on Lagrella cast, then flickered Lagrella to exile Inferno, Hellkite wouldn’t have a +1/+1 counter. They also really needed to leave the Thassa tap up there…
30:52 could of stayed back with the predator so you can chump with it and activate its indestructible ability. With the Wrathful red dragon that would represent quite a bit of damage and in the end you could still exiled uro just by discarding a card. Could of been a bit greedy and discard the mire to the Predator’s ability for example

I know i am not patreon because i don't have possibilities, but man, it would make my year if you made an "Arcadeous, the Strategist" Historic Brawl deck with all the new walls on Dominaria United. You could use "Wingmantle Chaplain" for token, "Shield-Wall Sentinel for tuting", "Walking Bulwark" to atack with the walls, "Floriferous Vinewall" for mana fixing since you use 3 colors, etc.. (And all of them could draw a card with the comander in play). I love your gameplay and line of thought. I belive it would be such an easy and pleasent deck to watch play. 😌☕
In the last game you could have also killed one of the token shrines as those can't be brought back to "only" take 4 damage and drop to 1 and win on the way back.
Sure wish I could play this as I've wanted to play a dragon deck, but it seems none are viable in Standard atm. But this uses so many cards from old sets when I wasn't playing, that it'd be a waste of wildcards if I even had them in the first place. Very cool deck tho, loved the vdeio.

For the last game vs. the Shrines, wouldn't have Power Word Kill on one of the tokens still save you even if he didn't bring back spirited companion? I think there would only be 4 shrines on the battlefield, which would give you one life.

A good 5c dragon deck is probably better than any other dragon deck. The trick with tiamat is to play as few dragons as possible. You want like 10-12 dragons in the whole deck and the rest is ramp, protection, some value and lots of interaction.

I humbly say I BELIEVE it to be one of the strongest Tiamat decks on arena 😅 Since I only go up against Jhonna variants, Goshintai, and Ivy Gleeful decks. Regardless, it seems like you know what you're talking about and a second opinion never hurt. I don't lose very often but the more, the better for optimization as they always say (I only say that)
He lost either way. He would have lost the shrine and even if he brought it back. The trigger only works at the beginning of the end step phase. LVD had the game no matter how he played it that last turn
Yep. Looked for your "first" and didn't find it! Then I saw it reads 44 comments, but only 4 displayed. Had to change to "most recent comments" to see them all.
“Your go” says the guy who blindly swings all without consideration of his own life total or the thought he wouldn’t get treasures due to interaction. Maybe if you thought about these things you’d lose less games 🤷♂️

Being able to cast Dragon spells from your graveyard really provides a lot of value.

When Inferno dies, it becomes exiled since it was played from the graveyard.

The Brass and Copper dragon roll comments. The "Natural 1" and "I got to roll with copper, I can't believe it." And gets a 4 "Could be better."

how did you cancel your opponents ETB trigger with their commander by spot removing it? i’m confused i thought ability triggers happen no matter what
Lagrella needs to still be in play to exile a creature, the trigger happens but just doesn't do anything.
