HI JOe ! How a grantor ( on Defiasible ) can impose things if he is selling the property? Im little confused with this one. Once you sell isn't yours anymore. Can u explain please?
yea guess i didn't understand "condition subsequent" very well until i re watched this video same as fee simple defeasible . Amazing how words get switched around and do trick us!
A freehold can't be defined as having exclusive right to enjoy a possession of property for an undefined time because a life estate IS a defined period of time (measured by a person's life).
