Could you help me ? A month ago, i got a Pair of those too. I hooked i up, and it sounds so Fishy. Like distortion, but only on the High's. Meanwhile, i got a 3sixty.3 and i tried to level them out per Eq. But i couldn't pull it off. Now i reinforced my doorpanels, and put some more dampening material on it, still sounds exactly the same... I got a Alpine CDE-196 Headunint, 3sixty.3 Dsp, and a Lightning Audio LA-8004 that runs the Midrange. the amp got exatly 100W rms on 4ohm. I set all gains corectly with the DD1. I set the Bandpass to 87-5000hz. I really dont know whats going on there, i've literally tried everything... Or is it just to loud because its an Spl woofer ?
Hp at 125hz 24db slope or 160hz 24db slope. If you want start at 200 hz and come down till your find the spot you like it at. Remember it a midrange speaker
