The body shop ginger shampoo and conditioner can help grow and thicken hair! My hair was damaged due to poor care from a high end salon (my hair gets tampo for real) so it stopped growing + I also get dandruff during summers and the body shop ginger line helped so much!

from experience, it's better not to use dry shampoos and just regularly wash your hair. kasi i got embedded dandruff from dry shampoos which led to hair fall and thinning ng hair. use organic shampoos or i use kerasys shampoo and conditioner and inom iron, magnesium and collagen nakakakapal siya. for iron i take the solgar non constipating iron.

I use castor oil mixed with vco or avocado oil for longer hair and growth. I apply it on my scalp also in my upper and lower lashes before I go to bed 😍😍

@@Itscamilleco yes! You might wanna give it a try, buy organic cold pressed ones much better. I have inherited my tatay's baby fine thin hair so i needed help, tried many products for the hair. This is the only combo that helps and I see result. You'll notice first in the lashes, they will grow long and healthy 😍😍😍
