@@Allastrology Yes, what's realistic is that other TH communities charge from $600 up to $1000+ for a space rental. You can calculate how much it will cost per month at ITH and see how long it takes to amortize the advance payment. It may not be the right choice for some, if it's longer than they plan to stay. But for many, if they can manage the lump sum, it's a great deal, since the basic rent after amortization (even if it goes up a bit in the future) will still be very affordable.

Sold sold sold! I want this! Kitchen on the end, add a box bedroom & bathroom! Perfect! I have been struggling trying to see myself living in the most affordable options but like THIS? 😍 This I can make happen financially and comfortably!
Then don't buy it from them. They always say, to do all that you can to keep the price down. Go buy a Mr. Cool, but they are using Mitsubishi, so yes it is more expensive, plus they install.
I can’t completely envision it. I would love to see someone that lives on the property with four connected incredi-box/ incredi-cottage with full size appliances, washer, dryer, stove, fridge, more counter space, pull out pantries, closet for vacuum, brooms, etc. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one wall in each bedroom with floor to ceiling closets, plus office/craft room and all lofts off grid. What size lot would you have for a four incredi-box or incredi-cottage? I would love for you guys to have a little village on the property. Laundromat, hair salon, community center, general store, gym, indoor walking track, indoor pool, library, storage units, handi-person shop(repair, build, add improvements and value to my home) cell phone towers & infrastructure to get great WiFi and cell signals, community vegetable/ flower gardens, bike/hiking trails, a park, nice playground, benches, outdoor water pad, basketball courts(with bleachers) pavilions, bbq site dog park. I believe that you have hit the nail on the head. I don’t need an incredi-box/incredi-cottage. I need a permanent foundation tiny home with two/three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, office, kitchen living combo, in a condensed tiny home version. Separate area for First Time Home Owners Programs SOUNDS GREAT for families!!! Beautiful communities with exceptional curb appeal and affordable. I’d purchase one immediately. Then work from home. With all these different amenities; I would NEVER have to leave the community unless I choose to. Win, Win for me and my new amazing sought after community of INCREDIBLE TINY LIVING 😂🎉
The cottage is the one I would pick all done . A lot at your complex. Plus a storage shed. Can you add a portable car port for your car? Beautiful.😊❤ Amanda you are so pretty & compliment Randy with your suggestions.
An American Dream of Tiny Homes at ITH. Make it your dream. Your way. I love it all. Mr. Jones is the only blessing in the USA today. Nowhere can you find rent for $200-$300 today. Randy is not selfish.
Suggestion: when add a box, instead of kitchen at end, how about leaving kitchen where it is and leave bathroom area blank. Area could be used as breakfast area, pantry, and add a picture or dormer window for elegant dining.
Randy & I agree, pretty Amanda looks great as I love that beautiful summer jumper on you! Nobody please don't tell Randy that though, as he'll start doing jumping jacks, Lol! But for real you look gorgeous Amanda!
I live in a tiny home (10x20) and I have my antique pieces AND my sewing and embroidery machines. Sure, I cant leave them out 24/7, but its crazy to say you CAN'T bring something. Get creative and make it work for YOU, not how the salesperson tries to tell you.
Exactly!!!! Too controlling..it's your home, so add whatever you want!!! Some people may steer away from purchasing the homes, as they want to keep their precious antiques, which may change their minds about purchasing, all because of the negative interjection about not keeping your heirlooms.
What!!??? I can't bring my sewing/embroidery machine! That's what I do every day to keep me sane! You can't tell a woman that...she will run, lol!! An extra bedroom would be a sewing room for me! I just hate, HATE those lofts where you can't stand up. I like the idea of putting 2 or 3 of these boxes together.
I think the best thing would be seeing what people end up doing with these It might be a year or more from now to have all the add-a-box configurations people have come up with - get some photos and footage of that - and sales will go up immensely for this concept.
One second Randy... If I would get one of these and omit the bathroom in the one to have a rear kitchen, why would it cost extra to put the bathroom in the added box? It's part of the price for the first one..All I'd be doing is moving the bathroom to the add a box, the only additional cost I can see would be the need for an additional water heater 🤔. Why would that cost an extra 2500.00 to do that? Big fan here, just wondering because the math is not mathing for me.
Love your show it’s to late for me I bought a Mobil home. Hey that sweet gal that shows the homes with you. She works hard to. Saw here one home. Someone needs to help her catch up on her house work And love your dog
You are getting my money ITH. I am going with you for my future forever home. Job transfer is involved so believe me when I say I am hanging on every word you say. Extremely helpful to know your plans.
I love the homes you guys are building. I can only afford anincreda-box. I want to visit but have no where to stay with my Suv. Can you tell me what is close by, if there's a Walmart That would work just fine.
If the retail shop area is going to be just outside the Prairie, why not have it look like an old WesternMain Street... like the real Thomstone Az look?
Save time and money 💰. Leave the kitchen where it is. Do not install the washroom but leave the option in the floor. This way you could have a little private eat area or office area when not eating there. This of course would work with the add a box and have the washroom in the add-a-box ,then there is room for that closet and stackable W/D with the bedroom.
I think since they are fire resistant, with all the wild fire through North America, these may be flying off the yard. You. May have them delivered on trucks like they they deliver cars. I would design mine with a larger kitchen on three walls and a dining room plus bath room one one side. Split the living room and bedroom on the other side. In a tiny home why would you want two bedrooms and a bathroom to go with each. Apartment size fridge and stove. I would but a large bedroom plus large living room on the other one. Instead of two bathrooms make storage with pantry and washer and dryer in kitchen.
The cottage is perfect. Except the mini-split. The air will not flow through the entire place. It needs to be over the door or over somehow the back window. I like air flow. It does not work.
Just need a bigger refrigerator space and a place for a washer and dryer. And can you do 4 together with the cottage? Also would the lot space still be the same if you have tow or three together?
In a “kitchen only” IncrediBox - I might keep where the sink/counter is, and add additional counter space, cabinets & W/D. Amanda touched on a good point, about water heaters ..would you need more than one? ..if you had water use in each Box? Just wondering 🤔
That sounds great for the 2 bedroom s and 2 baths, it is just what I need but it is hard for me to picture without an example. Could that guy that mocked up the others, do it again for this suggestion with his graphics???
It is so fun watching these six months later now that we've seen some of the amazing ways people have made them their own with things like armoires and sewing machines etc. if I did any kind of add on, I'd have a small bedroom somewhere (on the main floor) and just about the whole addabox would be canning kitchen, pantries and a good old eat in farmhouse kitchen.
I've been saying the same thing about that window! They need to move that sink so that window could become a door. That way you could have a bedroom on the other side with a bathroom between two bedrooms.
@@marywood8794 Yes, that's the best solution I've come up with. You'd have one really generous bedroom, then, plus the original smaller one. I'd install a skylight and exhaust fan to sub for the window. I'd also be tempted to close off the other door if you wanted to use it as a living room, so you'd have all that wall space to use.
@@chezmoi42 Or you can have a bathroom that has a livingroom on one side and a bedroom on the other. I was just thinking of the houses years ago with the bathroom between two bedrooms. If I had the money for this two cottages together thing, I probably would have the two bedroom set up because I still have a teenager at home. You have made me think about more options though because having access to the bathroom not just through a bedroom for guests is good, too, so a bathroom between a bedroom and a livingroom, etc., would be good, too.

In the IncrediCottage, can you install a more narrow range hood that won't invade the window frame?
Where is the upper cabinets?

Ten more years to work 😢 ... hopefully there will be a spot for me .
I think the best thing would be seeing what people end up doing with these
It might be a year or more from now to have all the add-a-box configurations people have come up with - get some photos and footage of that - and sales will go up immensely for this concept.
Ace is sooooooo cute!!!❤️
That’s my concern… no $$ for the buy in let alone a home… raising the buy in is making it harder to realize the dream sad😢
You are getting my money ITH. I am going with you for my future forever home. Job transfer is involved so believe me when I say I am hanging on every word you say. Extremely helpful to know your plans.
I'm blown away by this concept....it really IS incredible! God bless and good luck for what you're giving to people!
you might do an Add a Box without the end wall, made to attach to an Increda Box as you wouldn't need that double wall when adding two end to end
But you will need it for the move, and if you ever separate them.
I love the homes you guys are building. I can only afford anincreda-box. I want to visit but have no where to stay with my Suv. Can you tell me what is close by, if there's a Walmart That would work just fine.
Leave the kitchen where it is and make a built-in dining area without the separation walls where the bathroom is now. Less to change, isn’t it?
I'm with you Rany. It's not a home without you living too.
Love Y'all !!!!
Keep adding on and its NO LONGER "tiny" home
HELLO Randy & Amanda 🤗 sure have lots of options 😉
If the retail shop area is going to be just outside the Prairie, why not have it look like an old WesternMain Street... like the real Thomstone Az look?
Save time and money 💰. Leave the kitchen where it is. Do not install the washroom but leave the option in the floor. This way you could have a little private eat area or office area when not eating there. This of course would work with the add a box and have the washroom in the add-a-box ,then there is room for that closet and stackable W/D with the bedroom.
❤
when are we going to see the cottage decorated??
Omg Your going to become “ The village’s” from Florida come to Tennessee !😊With the age group and shops and a lake ! Hahahaha😂😂😂
Instead of two bathrooms
make storage with pantry and washer and dryer in kitchen.
The cottage is perfect. Except the mini-split. The air will not flow through the entire place. It needs to be over the door or over somehow the back window. I like air flow. It does not work.
It'll work. The entire home is only 200 Sq ft, and that mini-split is good for 300 Sq ft.
@@susanbeals7597 ok
Good information. I would suggest that you do an introduction at the beginning to say what company this is and what city and state you're located in.
How is Ace feeling? (Paw wise)
I love you two. Just such amazing people and incredible homes.
Maybe you can add a glass hallway to add an add abox to a bigger model, put it in back of the bigger model.
Just need a bigger refrigerator space and a place for a washer and dryer. And can you do 4 together with the cottage? Also would the lot space still be the same if you have tow or three together?
At the end I love and agree with you. It’s mid October for me.
In a “kitchen only” IncrediBox - I might keep where the sink/counter is, and add additional counter space, cabinets & W/D. Amanda touched on a good point, about water heaters ..would you need more than one? ..if you had water use in each Box? Just wondering 🤔
You could have a 19 gallon WH in each, especially if you use a tub in the master suite, and have laundry in the kitchen box.
@@susanbeals7597 yes, you would have the space 👍. Ohhh a tub 🛀🏻.. now you are talking! 😅
That sounds great for the 2 bedroom s and 2 baths, it is just what I need but it is hard for me to picture without an example. Could that guy that mocked up the others, do it again for this suggestion with his graphics???
autobox it'll be like Domino's coolest thing !!😂❤
Turn the bathroom into a laundry room, if you attach 3
It is so fun watching these six months later now that we've seen some of the amazing ways people have made them their own with things like armoires and sewing machines etc. if I did any kind of add on, I'd have a small bedroom somewhere (on the main floor) and just about the whole addabox would be canning kitchen, pantries and a good old eat in farmhouse kitchen.
What happens to the bathroom window and the vents on the outside of the wall when you butt an Add-a-Cottage against the Incredi-i-Cottage?
I wanted to have the bathroom and kitchen back to back.
I love the kitchen in the back.
Yes in Las Vegas it is orange peel. Its nice. It gives something but not overdone.
