We are building a new home and I’ve already started putting in the back gardens. Now I want to double the amount of peony plants I have in my future cottage garden. ☺️ I need to figure out how to do tulips in containers because I don’t love how long the leaves take up space in my regular garden. Love the inspiration, thanks.
The cheerful aura you project while making your bouquets is marvellous to watch. You seem so content and gleeful mastering your skill of flower arranging.
Loved the Video, not the almost jealous or ignorant commenters. I like the added storytelling and more polished look of your video. Adding the named varieties and seeing what you can actually do with the flowers... like adding the coral charm worked well in the end, and the double tulips added a significant touch by contrasting how big some of those peonys must be. Bravo from Texas.
Watching you put this together is like watching an artist with a blank canvas and watching it just come alive! Most beautiful painting you have created!
Tulips are native to the mountainous regions of Central Asia, particularly north of the Black Sea. They can also be found in Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan has 25 recognized species, including seven that are unique to the country.
Beautiful and lush large Peony arrangement! I would love to see a picture on day 2 or 3 when the tulips grow in the vase and poke out above the peony! I look forward to seeing you harvest the large amount of peony you will have in few short years xo
It appears my two favorite flower farming channels are getting so successful that there’s not as much time for the UA-cam videos. Which is great for you guys I guess. Bittersweet
Same. They did that early this year if I'm not mistaken-- put out a video that was supposedly for last year. I didn't mind at all how late it was, I was simply happy to see the video. And now, I keep hoping and praying that they're simply too busy and that there's nothing for us to be concerned about.
I bet if you did a short, fat, wide bottom hand tie, it would sit wonderfully. As a second option! A bit of yellow in a pink palette just takes it to a new level. Good choice!
Nice arrangement and beautiful flowers. :) would it be easy or possible to do a harvest video with music in the background. Sort of miss the harvesting and planting aspect of your channel. No worries if it's too much work, just thought I would ask. Thanks :)
it is big but beautiful. I love them. i just started peonies last year and this year. I got 11 now... I love all your peony but can't find those here in Calgary
Tulips originated in Central Asia, and were first cultivated in Iran (Persia) as early as the 10th century. Many historical sources have evidence of how tulips came to Europe over the centuries. By the 16th century, tulips were being cultivated in the Ottoman Empire
This makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one who is oodling the giant flower arrangements in that show and wondering "How did they do that and how can I replicate it!?" 😆
Fantastic arrangement. Edward 7th was Victoria's son who when he became king we call the Edwardian period. I had a house in Wales that was circa 1907 which I believe was Edwardian . He only reigned around 10 years
I think that whilst Ian and Serena's private life should be their own business, some explanation should be given to viewers as to why the dynamics of the channel have changed. I for one am missing the old style of content 😢
I’m thinking this is easier to edit vs the previous style. Like you mentioned, they may have a lot going on behind the scenes and this is their compromise to keep getting videos posted while not having as much time for editing. Just my little theory 😅
Yes that could be it, but I think a simple explanation would just be nice for the subscribers otherwise, I think that their views ( and subscribers)will reduce dramatically
This has happened in previous years too. When they get really busy they don't do much market content, and the market content comes out months later with a significant delay. There's usually a gap in videos. This year they kept going and making stuff in between.
Thanks for the video. When I have constructed a floral arrangement in a vase like that, I've put green chicken wire across the top and bent the sides down into the vase. I never thought of balling it up! You could probably use a turkey baster to add some water in it when more is needed. Why not put them in your market stand for sale?
Why don’t you put them in a bucket of water as you pick them. I was always taught pick early in the morning and put in water quickly ????? Is it different in B C
Serena, about the coral charm. I am in New England with our typical acid type soil. I bought a large batch of peonies from a well known vendor. First year they were delivered bare rooted so no blossoms. Second year they came up well with good foliage and some blooms. I had same reaction. Too much of an orange cast. But I fertilized them (probably with plant tone) and they overall had a good year. This year, third year, several blooms and surprisingly I think the color is not as orange and looks much better with all the other predominantly pink plants. Has anyone else seen this happen?
I believe Bridgerton is the Georgian period; pre-Victorian period. Edwardian is post-Victorian in the early 1900s (pre WWI). I watch the show but haven’t yet read the books. Your bouquet is beautiful!
I can’t believe I have a bit of Brigerton to share but just read an article about the color choice for Penelope’s wedding dress isn’t pink, but pale peach. Going on that newsworthy factoid I champion using your coral Peonies in the massive bouquet. Now back to my regular programming to see if you actually did that…
they are from holland which is in eruope the explorers brought them back to england from holland and they planted them when they got dried and the period bridgerton is in is called edwardian which is after the victorian era
There you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We've missed you!!!!
Love watching even the older videos. New to channel. From Florida.
Watching this in Australia. My peonies 3rd year plants have just broken ground. I look forward to making my own Bridgerton bouquet shortly!
How I really appreciate peonies and tulips together in flower arrangements, a beautiful arrangement.❤❤🥰🎀🎀💐💐💐
Please make videos on harvesting and making bouquets for the market
Been following you both a long time. I think you're wonderful and hard working. Bravo for the beauty you create.

Wow these peonies truly are spectacular!!
Missing the flower farming content :/

Beautiful!
Your new glasses are very cute on you! Peonies are my favorite flower!
Watching you put this together is like watching an artist with a blank canvas and watching it just come alive! Most beautiful painting you have created!
This is a stunning Arrangement love your work! ❤
Tulips are native to the mountainous regions of Central Asia, particularly north of the Black Sea. They can also be found in Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan has 25 recognized species, including seven that are unique to the country.
I've been waiting for the big peony reveal! It most certainly did NOT disappoint. Excited to see further growth with each passing year.
I have peony envy!!
Gorgeous arrangement! You have been missed! Glad to see you back on UA-cam!

Even your small ones are beautiful!
I forgot to say that I was worried and concerned regarding Ian not being in any recent videos. All the best to you guys
I’m a peony lover so I appreciate your video content. Remember, you do you!
Have never seen such big flowers 💐 how nice

Huge peonies!!! And so Bridgerton!
Absolutely stunning!!🩷💜💛🤍💕
Loved the walk in the peony field and talking about varieties. Would love the names of the last two, the pink and the white one
Beautiful
Hey! Hi guys! You are missed! I've been seeing peonies at the flower shop but yours are the best!
I have this hope that they are filming everything and just don't have time to edit. So we'll get all the videos during the doldrums of winter!!
Same. They did that early this year if I'm not mistaken-- put out a video that was supposedly for last year. I didn't mind at all how late it was, I was simply happy to see the video. Those peonies have come a long way in a,little bit of time
That looks beautiful!
damn! if I could grow peonies, I would! Amazing
gorgeous. just gorgeous!
Stunning ❤💐!
Gorgeous ❤❤❤
so are you still doing the market and flower stand?
Very overwhelming bouquet. But sure on a table in the entry way would look Amazing. Thanks
It’s unbelievable 😮
You guys are entitled to your PRIVACY.
Drastic change.
I waited and waited for your Tulip video
I bet if you did a short, fat, wide bottom hand tie, it would sit wonderfully. As a second option! A bit of yellow in a pink palette just takes it to a new level. Good choice!

Yes give the people what they want. Lol
How did you get peony blooms in this field in their first or even second years? Absolutely gorgeous!
I have Peonys from my Grandmother. They close to a century old. A good crop to grow.
Beautiful bouquet 🤗🌸🇨🇦
beautiful!!! thanks for sharing.
it is big but beautiful. I love them. i just started peonies last year and this year. I got 11 now... I love all your peony but can't find those here in Calgary
Waiting for your video for long time,:-)
gorgeous
Greetings from Crimea. I was really looking forward to your video about peonies. They are beautiful!! Is the White big variety a "Mother's Choice?"
Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦
Missing old video content of harvesting, making bouquets then selling.
Beautifil arrangement.

Благодарю за видео!
Very much missing the sales videos of farmers market and the roadside stand
Really missing the market vlogs
This makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one who is oodling the giant flower arrangements in that show and wondering "How did they do that and how can I replicate it!?" 😆
Garden tour please
Fantastic arrangement. Edward 7th was Victoria's son who when he became king we call the Edwardian period. I had a house in Wales that was circa 1907 which I believe was Edwardian . He only reigned around 10 years
Yay new video! Have you ever thought of selling edible flowers?
After watching this…I need more white peonies in my life!!
I was thinking the same thing!
When will you start the market vlogs again?
They're only doing the market part time this season.
I think that whilst Ian and Serena's private life should be their own business, some explanation should be given to viewers as to why the dynamics of the channel have changed.
I for one am missing the old style of content 😢

Jeez I hope so
What is the name of the white peony ?
Tulips came from Turkey. The tulip is many Turkish fabric designs.
Thanks for the video. When I have constructed a floral arrangement in a vase like that, I've put green chicken wire across the top and bent the sides down into the vase. I never thought of balling it up! You could probably use a turkey baster to add some water in it when more is needed. Why not put them in your market stand for sale?
I had a few coral charm blooms and they turned brown the next day....did you run into this problem as well? Thanks you for the peony update!
Peonys were my state flower, did you have a weather change? Cold, heat, high humidity? Wrong climate?
Short stems and those big puffy peonies should work in that side vase
Short*
I was just thinking we are we going to get a video? Lol
FYI, Bridgestone is late Georgian/regency period. The Edwardian period was after the victorian period.
Why don’t you put them in a bucket of water as you pick them. I was always taught pick early in the morning and put in water quickly ????? Is it different in B C

Market?
Not sure why they don't make market videos anymore
Gotta watch the movie Tulip Fever ;)
I believe Bridgerton is the Georgian period; pre-Victorian period. Edwardian is post-Victorian in the early 1900s (pre WWI). I watch the show but haven’t yet read the books. Your bouquet is beautiful!
Bridgerton is set in the Regency period, same as Pride and Prejudice 1811 -1820.
How do keep the ants away from the Peony? I love Bridgerton ,too!!!!
Tulips in June?
I can’t believe I have a bit of Brigerton to share but just read an article about the color choice for Penelope’s wedding dress isn’t pink, but pale peach. Going on that newsworthy factoid I champion using your coral Peonies in the massive bouquet. Now back to my regular programming to see if you actually did that…
That vase looks like a trifle dish, a really difficult shape for a flower arrangement.
No market sales😢
Isn't yhat Ian doing the camera work? I thought people had said he was missing....... 🤔✌️🇨🇦
Are the big white ones Festiva Maxima?
The end of the Edwardian era was when Downton Abbey started. When King Edward died.
What's going on? You don't have any videos about growing things on your farm this year
Mannnnn the peonies were done blooming a month ago here 😢
москва. мы продаем только закрытые бутоны.Мячики. раскрывшиеся пионы очень трудно продать
😊
👍
No sound...
they are from holland which is in eruope the explorers brought them back to england from holland
