My parents gave me a LOT of hand-me-downs or we went shopping at thrift stores and Ross, but this woman actually said $2 for a shirt was expensive because you can get it for 25 cents at a garage sale? Walk into a department store and see that EXACT SAME SHIRT at $25 fucking dollars and tell me $2 is still expensive. That child's closet was BARE, that dress looked like something my GRANDMOTHER would have worn at her age, she DESERVES new clothing. Also, FUCK hand-me-downs, that's just another way of controlling your child's sense of style and individuality because you're telling them they have to wear whatever their older siblings enjoyed and they can't get anything they'd actually like themselves.
I agree, however I think hand me downs are ok. Because I have them and I still get new clothes as well, and I only keep the ones I like, but I agree that she should have more clothes new. Thanks

You don't just put cow shit right then and there, although that works too, but you still have to process it a bit to become an organic fertilizer. And yeah I do think there's more problems with it more than that but it's a start.

I'm a professional artist and use lots of different dead parts in my art, as do many other people and our work sells quite well. I don't take from roadkill, only things that are fully intact, but still. There's nothing wrong with finding beauty in the animal and giving it new life through art
