We can guees that the positive income of new population in Lavia was cause mainly by the influx of ukrinian refugees. So one country is getting empty at the benefit of another one...

Yes we have good internet, except few areas, and You can work even from woods or swamps, if You wish so.
Actually people are leaving Riga for other towns and regions.
