I want to try those vktry but very expensive. Go for cheaper move game day pro. 3 games i felt discomfort due to stiffness of arch plate BUT those games i never feel leg, knee or hip pain. Got use to them and i can play longer. Tried the game day and they are the perfect insole. Everytime i play i use both of them depending of the shoe cushion.
@@nasmaxfit if the shoe already have a shank plate specially the stiff ones i will use game day, but if there is no shank plate i will go with the pro. But for my wow 12 encore and kyrie anta there is no need because the cushion and arch support are top tier
Personal preference is the move game day insoles. Those seem to break in the best with most shoes and if you like to play in retro Jordan’s they feel great with those too 👌🏽🏀
I have horrible joint issues at 28yo, the days after I hoop a few games im so stiff and during games my hips and knees are SCREAMING. The game day helped me play longer with no pain during or after playing minimal stiffness the day after playing
My first pair of insoles were the game day and the game day pro. I found that the stiffer arch on the pros always gave me some pain in the arch of my foot when I played but the game days molded to my feet better, faster, and easier. I never had any arch pain while wearing the game day insoles. I later got a pair of VKTRY insoles and I didn’t feel any springiness cause I’d just bend the carbon fiber. Before ordering I made sure to put in my exact weight so the carbon fiber would hold but it didn’t. The only thing they were good for was for more torsional support. I currently have them in my Jorden 36 low pair because those are too bouncy in some places so it feels unstable when moving in volleyball but since the carbon fiber flattens out the air strobel, I feel more stable I personally prefer the game day insole for any athletic shoes and the all day insoles for everyday walking shoes or athletic shoes that don’t have enough cushioning.
Maybe you should try the new version of vktry. Yours are the first generation product. They have changed like 4-5 times. Worth give them a try again on the newest model.
honestly, it depends on what shoes you use it and also your foot shape. I had the move insoles with my KT9, hurts my foot so bad even after a few uses for break in but when I put it on my luka 3s, it's actually good
Do you prefer the baseline over game day now? Or is game day still your preference between the 3 performance move insoles? I watched the vid but i dont think you mentioned which you prefer. Thanks
Yeah, sorry about that. I like the Baselines the most now for the pure comfort honestly. But I’d use the Game Day for super competitive games if that makes sense
You feel like the Baseline Insoles would be best for shoes like wow 10 or kobe 6 that already have a carbon fiber shank plate but pretty flimsly insoles? ive try the gameday pros in a wow10 and the plate ontop of the carbon plate just KILL my feet
Yes use the Baseline. That’s a great example. Like I said in the video, most people use the support already built into the shoe. For a WOW10 you could use the Baseline’s pretty easily IF you want a little more comfort
Would you recommend the game days for WOW10 lows? If so, would you say the pro or normal version is a better version? I also have very wide and flat feet that cause me a lot of pain in basketball shoes
I want to get vktry insoles but the price is just carzy for them and in my opinion $150 for 1 inch in your vert is just dumb. I got the game day pro's and it takes a little getting used to but i havent had knee or foot pain since thanks to wearing them. In my opnion move>vktry.
Never had that issue, are you getting the correct fitting shoe? I don’t see a situation where your foot slips inside a shoe unless it’s too big for you.

Love to hear that bro
How do you decide what insole to use with each pair of shoes?

Good insight! KT9 takes some time to get used to for sure
Was looking at the Baseline ,now I can make the decision thank you so much
Yup of course
My personal favorite insoles to hoop in are PowerStep Insoles! Give them a try if you haven’t already DG.
been thinking about getting gamedays for a while now
Have you tried Hefe Luxx? I rock them in my J1s all day pretty seamlessly, but I haven't tried them in-game yet.

can you compare the baseline model with the insoles from for new balance twi wxy v5? they seem to be very similar

Did you cop the curry fox 1?
@@yxles2933 Sold out so there won’t be a review from me.
I found move insoles are super slippery, no matter what socks I wear 😢
agreed i have to double sock to fix it
same problem 🥹
I have the game days, but i feel like the fabric liner on the insoles is so slippery. Do you notice that or is it just me?

@DGHoops hmm no the shoes fit perfect its just on hard lateral stops I feel like my shoes are gonna rip like zion. I might just try double socking
Gotcha yeah that’s pretty interesting. I personally haven’t had issues but I hear you! Maybe double sock or try in another shoe but good feedback
Don't do vktry. They wear out quick and then start giving u blisters
