Training of person writing the reports is also chalenging. We don't have sonographers but we do our own scans and nurses write reports. They need to have an understanding about terminologies and also chemistry with the doc 😂....for example if my other hand goes to abdomen to mobilise a structure nurse immediately puts her hand on freeze button.

"The lay of the land" that is exactly how I explain the TA images to patients.
TA views can be incredibly valuable sometimes but usually TV is where the quality and answers are achieved
