@@RedcliffeLabs_ जून 2024 में अल्ट्रासाउंड में 8mm Ureter स्टोन आया था upper ureter and lower दो थे। उस समय बाथरूम में जलन पेशाब का बार-बार आना यह दिक्कत होती थी कुछ हफ्ते दवाई खाई परंतु इसके बाद सीटी स्कैन भी हुआ उसमें भी यूरेटर में पथरी आई जुलाई 2024 में जब यह देखा की पेशाब का दर्द जलन सब गायब हो चुका है पेशाब खुलकर आ रहा है तब AUGUST 2024 में एक सीटी स्कैन दोबारा करवाया गया जिसमें पता चला कि ऊपर वाला स्टोन ही बचा हुआ है दूसरा नीचे वाला निकल गया है KFT and GFR completely नॉर्मल है तो क्या करना चाहिए क्या ऊपर ureter फंसे स्टोन को दवाइयां द्वारा निकाल दिया जा सकता है क्योंकि अभी सिर्फ पीठ की तरफ की दर्द कभी-कभी shortness of breath है बस???? Or we should go for RIRS??

Agar sab tests normal hain aur phir bhi zyada peshaab aa raha hai, to diabetes, overactive bladder, ya dawaiyon ka asar ho sakta hai. Specialist se consult karna behtar hoga.
