I recall when 60 Minutes debunked the "ballots under the table" conspiracy with irrefutable video footage. The crazies on the right declared it "fake news". How do you win? When media debunks a conspiracy its "fake" when a Republican stand up and debunks a conspiracy they are "Rinos"!

If they had countered the lies as strongly as the lies were when they were spouted, then we might have a very different situation.
As someone who did a 40-minute video on this subject in January 2021 on another social media platform, even this 60 Minutes report did not go far enough. Somebody like Frontline needs to do a major documentary on how we actually vote in this country, where the weaknesses are in the system and how Trump's Big Lie (which had started several weeks before the election) exploited those weaknesses. Each of the mini-lies that made up the bigger one need to be precisely dismantled as they have in other reports, but they really still should be consolidated in a single effective presentation. No "yeah but...." should be left standing. I still don't think we have had that even though the information is out there.
I would love to be on a jury that hears one of these cases.

I lived in Colorado for 15 years and fell in love with voting by mail. It is extremely convenient and extremely secure. I've lived in Maryland for the last 3 years and I get notifications when they have received my vote. In 2020 I was genuinely out of state. But I really wish the entire country was set up its' voting system like we have it in Colorado and other states.
Colorado just sent out 30,000 ballots to non citizens! They got caught !

same here in Oregon. I lived all over this country and voted by mail/drop box is not only more convenient, but I feel it's more secure as well.

I can't explain how angry this makes me. Nothing all the new here, but put forward in a complete and concise way. I am scared for our country, in a few days, our country could be on it's way to oblivion as we know it. Possibly, just possibly we could be on our way to healing, but it will take far longer than I have left in my life. Either way, I will ne be around to see what happens, and that my be preferable. Every election we here from both sides that it is the most important election ever. Every election now, it is. One party has attempted a coup. One party is trying to suppress votes. One party is trying to subvert democracy. VOTE BLUE or say goodbye to America. This is no time for a protest vote for a Libertarian or Green Party candidate.
We will have a measure of safety when trump is dead.
We need RECORD numbers to overcome the suppression and gerrymandering. If we lose the house and senate it is a major step to the end of America as we know it and closer to becoming some kind of dark age theocracy ran by a dictator who has an army of neo Nazis at his disposal. If for one have never seen a working model of a theocracy that was not a total disaster. I will gladly vote blue to prevent this. Once things normalize we can concern ourselves with getting the bad Democrats out and maybe work towards a viable third party. Now is not the time.
