But because it's Maneskin's, there will be loads of people who would say that these are spoiled kids crying "sacrifice" when they had it all served to them on a silver platter. This is the song that they used to begin their set when they opened for the Rolling Stones (Las Vegas, 2021). Taking a fresh look at the lyrics, I can see how it was a great song to open with on that stage; it pumps up both the band and the audience. By the way, I recommend taking a look at any of their summer festival performances where they played this song. They extended the instrumentals at the end and it's full of good old rock energy. P.S. I really appreciate the way you take the time to read and interpret the lyrics.
