Anglo American gives BHP ‘additional week’ to give ‘final best offer’

Mining company Anglo American has given BHP an additional week to give them the “final best offer,” says independent analyst Evan Lucas.
“They did reject a third offer, and that third offer was another nine per cent on top of a second offer,” Mr Lucas told Sky News Australia.
“It would be $73.9 billion. It would be the largest takeover of a mining company in the last 20 years.”
