Road conditions are fine, you may go on your car easily. Karen is approx 220km, & you can reach there in 6-7 hrs.

I am counting it from zero point islamabad. While travelling towards Keran You may visit neelum point kohala, Dhani Waterfall, Panjgiran Waterfall, Teetwal LOC, Kundal Shahi, & 4 KM above from Karen there is a beautiful valley Upper Neelum exists, i recommend you to stay at Upper Neelum.
