This is simply glorious. I always think that when you hear Bruce and the band playing this less well known stuff that you see and hear them at their best. They're just so into it and obviously love the fact that diehard fans, such as myself, are delighted that they have dug into the back catologue to treat us.
OMG! Cracks me up! In addition to his introduction, his comment on Steve’s solo... “He practiced this just before the show!” All with a grin on his face for the entire song. Ha!
It’s not just the incredible songs, his passion, his energy etc. People love his big, warm heart and his humanity and his humbleness. He is one in a million and everybody feels it.
I love your line "trying to find the words to describe how amazing it was" because it takes me back to my first Bruce show: 1976 in the gym at the University of Rochester. I was literally speechless for the next 24 hours. Amazing that he is still GREAT all these years later.
Not to mention "NYC Serenade", "Incident", "Jungleland", etc...Hard to believe that he wrote such profound lyrics all before age 24...just beginning. Easy to see why he is RS #4 best songwriter behind Dylan, McCartney and Lennon. It has been said that Dylan and Lennon wrote of the big social issues, but Bruce hits on the minutiae, how those issues effect daily lives in very descriptive ways. He is amazing.
Thanks SO much for posting these Tampa videos - it was such a fabulous show and I've been trying to find the words to describe how amazing it was, but now I will just send people to your videos because they say it all! What a phenomenal job you did filming, too! (very, very happy you got his adorable "Talk to Me" too!)...
Totally. I was at the first two shows when he did The E Street Shuffle at this point in the concert and I nearly crapped my pants when he pulled this one out in Tampa!
Just listened with the headphones - great quality, well done. I was astonished to see the 'shuffle' had been dropped for a few shows after this band's great rendition on Fallon's show, but they just seem to be able to create this groove on lots of the old ones. Can't wait for Hyde Park in July.
Great quality and great perspective from the pit. Like this as much or more than the pro-shot video from Bruce's crew. Your Talk to Me video is a must-see. Thanks to MagikRat!
I would like to thank the powers that be, for the VIP coach ride at the Country Thunder Concert Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Someone heard about all of the confusion and missing car keys and "We Take Care Of Our Own" kicked in. I Love You, I Thank You, You Don't Know How Much You Mean To Me. I had a chance to see if everything is bigger in Texas, but I did not look. Shame on Austin, for tempting me with that 6-speed Corvette.

Bruce looks so happy playing his old classics

I love how he just randomly pulls this one out sometimes and the crowd goes wild. I hope he keeps breaking out the rarities.

2023 Xmas here and I am speechless but crying for 24h now cuz I got ticket to see him, still the boss.
I was just thinking the same thing. He looks so happy back there. The Conan Show must seem a million miles ago...

So nice to see just the band, and not the distracting gigantic video screens. It's more humanizing.
Max is loving life, brilliant!
This is my favorite Bruce song. Can’t get over the first album it’s too good.

No one has more fun than Little Steven!
TheMagikRat - amazing collection of videos, thanks so much from those of us who cannot see Bruce due to matters of geography or bad luck with tickets.

Plane De Boss
That silhouetted woman @ 1.25 has a beautful nipple and I expect Bruce to write a song about her titled "Big Nippled Silhouetted Woman" soon.
