Ситуация не однозначная, в обращении к Вам. Как техническими средствами, нейтрализовать установленные соседом на своем участке видеокамеры ? Которые установлены вдоль забора с углом захвата внутреннего общественного двора, с основной целью просмотра общественной территории. Двухлетние мытарство по правоохранительным инстанциям, в поисках правомочности его действиям, связанных со сбором информации, пока безрезультатно.

Да ещё нельзя чтобы камеры устанавливались лицом к лицу ночью ИК подсветка будет слепить друг друга
Просмотрел будто к гадалке сходил. Будет тебе видно,но будет и не видно , будет тебе день , будет тебе ночь. Видео не о чём.
