- In today’s vlog we head back into Disneyland for some rides and a Halloween treat. Then Tim met up with us for dinner and he takes over the vlog and heads back to the park to see the fireworks! At first I laughed when Jackson was concerned they’d run out of bat cookies, but treats do run out occasionally so his concern wasn’t totally unwarranted! 😅
yes! He was traumatized after all the rides being down/closed LOL perfectly reasonable for a toddler to translate that to, maybe cookies will shut down too!
Loved this video!!! Jenn please consider doing more you & Jackson vlogs! It’ll be great memories for you both & it’ll be great to give Jackson some extra love before baby #2 arrives! For some reason I thought she had dark hair from a early video I caught just a little side of her but in this Disneyland trip she has blond hair. She definitely has a dream job. Not only the things she gets to experience but taking care of such a precious little boy

We are (hopefully) doing our first ever family Disneyland trip in March! Your videos have me so so excited ❤️ I love seeing how much Jackson has with you two. My son is 10 now and it makes me miss how little he used to be like that. Love seeing all of you together enjoying as a family!

I know it's too late now but in the future taking the monorail into Disneyland or out of (or both) is a great short cut when you are staying at the Disneyland hotel. It only has two stops, Tomorrowland and Downtown Disney.

What time
Ahh the fireworks size. California can only use certain size fireworks due to climate and to reduce fire risk. Florida has no such problem as the humidity prevents that and the constant rain. Florida can use any size fireworks as it’s so humid and Disney world is located over lakes that put any embers out as they fall, Disneyland has no lakes so can’t put out any embers as literally it’s surrounded by businesses and homes so are limited by fireworks size plus lots of city ordnances. It’s a lot of factors that determine exactly what parks can use and when.

A real good place to see the fireworks at Disneyland is by Small World. You can see the fireworks really well and the projections are cast on the facade of Small World. With the flat surface you can see the projections really well there. This was a tip a cast member gave me and we’ve watched the fireworks there quite a few times. Only thing is you won’t be able to see Zero or Tinkerbell flying from the castle.
When friends come to town to do Disneyland, I tell them, if you want to go on It's A Small World, it has to be the last ride we do. That song is a total ear worm. That song runs in your head until you sleep. If you go at 8 am, that's about 15 hours of that song. If you wait until 10 pm, it will only be 2 or 3 hours in your head until you can release it. *shiver*

Was getting ready to go to bed then I saw that title and jumped up to grab mom. We’re soooooo happy Jackson liked the Mansion 🥰 I hope that getting used to the darkness of the ride will make him more comfortable to ride ours! So proud of the lil bud ❤

Hi, I'm glad Jackson liked Haunted Mansion Holiday, I think the Holiday one is perfect for kids to have their 1st ride on it. Jackson did great walking the bridges, that 1st one was wobbly, but looked fun. Jackson really hoping the bat cookie will be there was cute, glad he really enjoyed it. This was nice. Oh, and it's cool to see some Halloween fireworks at the end. I think k it's cool Tim wanted to see them e en though he was tired.
