Hello, I’m trying to narrow down a scooter for myself with a 1000 to 1300 budget. I was thinking the gotrax gx1 or gx2 fits what I’m looking for within a budget : Dual motor, full shocks, sturdy for heavy ride (220), decent range. but not light weight enough. Can you think of anything better than those scooters for the price? I was hoping it was light weight to put into my tesla Model y. I’m in southern California and mostly will be around the neighborhood and very light dirt trails at the most. I found a 2023 apollo city for $700 but i think those were single motors so im not to interested in that. Any other model or brands worth looking into?
Hmm, you might really love the Teverun Fighter Mini but maybe that's a bit above budget. That GX2 might not be so bad. I think the weight is overstated, it's not so heavy to lift. Here's a Blade Mini. I also have a Tesla! A Y and a 3, just saw the Juniper yesterday btw :) Check this out. My code saves you a little on that (ZeroLove) superscoots.ca/product/blade-mini/ Hard to think of anything else. Suspension will feel very nice there and you'll honestly be glad you got something a lot nicer for just a little more. It folds easily and not as heavy as it sounds, I promise. 10 lbs lighter than the GX2 as well. Let me know!
@@ZeroLoveScooters thank you zero, looking into it now. Cant wait to get my first scooters. BTW love the channel; it's honest reviews and i feel like i can relate to what your looking for. I also have ebike (moped style, legion and roarunner se ) i also had EUC's but it was just too much gear to go for a ride. So my search lead me to electric scooter compact enough to fit into my car and not have gear up like crazy like a EUC or eskateboard.
I tried liking EUC's, the potential they have is awesome but I just like the form factor and ease of a scooter. I also think it's weird how everyone in the EUC world says EUC's are safer but simultaneously wear full face helmets and are padded from top to bottom. Scooters are so freeing, you just get on and go. It's easy enough to take a friend as well, it's so simple to ride, easy access. You and I both know the joy of electric dual motors (if you have the dual motor Tesla) haha. Appreciate having you around on the channel! I've but about 650mi on my Teverun and I've had it for...maybe 4 months? Should say something about how much I'm enjoying it. Doesn't save me on gas, though ;)
Good question, might be...not sure. I have looked at so many shocks around this 50-120 dollar price range and saw so many names, I forget. I don't have this scooter anymore so I can't confirm but it seemed about as good as any DNM or equivalent shock.
I had a blast riding this one with you :))
You enjoyed the last of its legs!

Are those EXA form 290r shocks?
