North American P-51D Mustang 1/48 [Eduard] build and final reveal with base

Just came across this as I'm about to embark on a couple builds, starting off with a simpler Stuka model. I am going to tackle a P-51D "Beautiful Doll" later. To say this was superbly done, is a vast understatement! The display base with figures was a nice touch at the end and also very well done. If mine turn out half as good, I'll be happy.

Tamiya LP 11 is great for metal finish and can spray direct to plastic with good results ; if you aren't a metalizer fan an excellent alternative. I done this many times with no regrets.

Beautiful build, I love this kit too! Did the same markings! I love the base, gives the aircraft so much more character. Such an underrated channel.
