I am looking for a 4 plex d/t the need of somewhere to live as well. Where do you go to find 4 plexes. I have yet to find any after 6 months looking.
1-4-unit buildings are considered "single-family" per lending regulations, so you can find 4-unit buildings on the MLS with a residential agent. The availability is regional. In some areas there are 4-units in neighborhoods you would live, and in other area they only exist in war zones.
