Is the certificate provided by Tableau or artofviz? Is this certification different from Tableau’s $250 + $500 certification? How?

Do not purchase this course. I came across this website www.artofvisualization.com/ and it offers the training of "Tableau Certified Professional training". Kirill Eremenko, the instructor himself, does not even have a valid Tableau certified professional certification. (Yes I checked with Tableau). He does have Tableau Association Certification tho. But again, I do not think this guy is qualified for training advanced users.......I feel like this is a fraud...
