Unless I'm missing something the Pious Offering change is actually a nerf. It was 2% per 1 mana and now it's 3% per 2 mana which would be equivalent to 1.5% per 1 mana, so it's dropping from 2% per 1 mana to 1.5% per 1 mana. Really good patch notes overall. They fixed Flurry for Marksman so it doesn't just go through random enemies anymore. Tons of changes overall that I'm looking forward to and I can't wait for Circle of Fortune to get here!
