I had the same touchscreen not working, when switched off or locked touch work for sometime. I got frustrated, went to my frnds mobile shop, did the same procedure. By taking out the motherboard, peeling the back sticker and heating the same big chip spot for < 1 min @ 320 degree , 40 air speed with flux on top of the chip. Then cool it with ip solution. Put the motherboard back and check...
For me problem solved my touch is working properly. Thanks bro for this useful video 😊
