Excellent informative movie about Saint Thyagaraja. His composition "Endaro Mahanubhavulu" one of the pancharatna kirtana is my favorite. I'm novice to Tamil language. Yet I was immersed in the film throughout! I am sure that St. Thyagaraja shouldn't have secured that much fame had he borned in Telugu land. How can Telugu people repay the debt of Tamil folk who owned St. Thyagaraja as if their own and made him stand on the high pedestal of classical music world. All kudos to the entire team of makers of this awe-inspiring master piece!

Really Thyagaraja was an incarnation of Saint Vatmiki, so profound in his devotion for Rama. Just think of Thyagaraja covering Agraharams daily chanting the name of the Lord and singing Kirthans during Unchavrithi- no comparison at all. Inspiring!
